Refund Policy

PDF Reports
PDF reports (Horoscope, Matchmaking, Muhurta, Gochara, Detailed Horoscope, Gemstone Report, Numerology) are generated and delivered immediately upon successful payment.
Eligibility for refund: We will issue a full refund if:
- The payment was processed but no PDF was delivered due to a technical error on our end.
- The report was generated with incorrect data due to a platform bug (not user input error).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations, or reports generated correctly based on data you provided.
AI Astrologer Credits
Chat credits purchased for the AI Astrologer are non-refundable once added to your account. Unused credits do not expire. If credits were not added to your account after a successful payment, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@astrosidda.in within 7 days of purchase with:
- Your order ID or payment reference number.
- A description of the issue.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Payment Disputes
Before raising a payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first. We resolve genuine issues promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
