By using Astrosidda ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paid subscribers.

2. Nature of the Service

Astrosidda provides Vedic astrology calculations, AI-generated predictions, and astrological reports for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Astrology is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Do not make life decisions solely based on astrological readings.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of astrological interpretations. Predictions are generated by AI and may not reflect actual outcomes.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may not share your account with others.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payments & Refunds

Paid features include downloadable PDF reports and AI Astrologer chat credits. All payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (India) or Stripe (international).

PDF reports are generated immediately upon successful payment and delivered as a download. Please review our Refund Policy for eligibility.

Prices are shown in your local currency and are subject to change. The price displayed at checkout is the final price.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Astrosidda — including generated PDF reports, UI design, software, and text — is the property of Astrosidda or its licensors.

You may download and use PDF reports for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce reports without written permission.

6. Prohibited Use

• Scraping or automated access to the Service without permission.
• Using the Service to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or circumvent payment systems.
• Distributing malware or attempting to breach Service security.

7. Limitation of Liability

Astrosidda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including decisions made based on astrological content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 30 days.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
